How to Properly Attach or Re-Attach Paperwork in the Instructor portal

How to properly attach paperwork:

After logging into the instructor portal, please enter all the necessary course and student information.  If attaching the paperwork online, under course location put “paperwork attached”.

After filling out the necessary information, scroll to the bottom of the web page and click submit.

*Note: Please ignore the payment section at the bottom of this page as it has been disabled, all payments are to be done on LifeforceUSAinc.com. 

After clicking submit, a new web page should appear that says “Documents to be Submitted with Course”. Click Choose file an attach the proper paperwork files for the course. When finished click upload paperwork  and your class will be submitted.

How to properly Re-Attach paperwork:

If you submitted a course and forgot to attach the paperwork, the paperwork was incomplete, or the paperwork did not upload properly, please log back into the instructor portal.  On the menu bar, click the tab that says “Courses”. A new web page should appear with a list of all the courses you have taught. Any incomplete courses will have a blue pencil next to it, click the blue pencil to edit the course. 

If any student information is incorrect, you can fix it here. If you are just trying to re-upload paperwork, scroll to the bottom of the web page and click the button that says “Link Files”. 

A new window will pop up, click the green plus that says upload, then select the proper paperwork to attach and click upload. 

That paperwork file should appear on the window that opened up previously. Close the window, click submit, and your paperwork will be attached to the submitted class.
