Once payment is received for a course, it is non-refundable. If you must cancel, or cannot attend, you may apply this payment to another course of the same type up to 3 months after your initial selected course date.
If the course is cancelled by LifeForce USA, Inc., due to circumstances outside of our control, you are eligible for either (1) a refund of the cost of course, less 10% of the payment; or (2) your payment can be applied to any course date of the same type for one year from cancelled course date.
Products that are purchased may be returned in new condition, less a 20% re-stocking fee. You are also responsible for all return shipping costs. Products that are opened or used are not eligible for a refund. If a purchased product is cancelled prior to it being shipped, and a refund is requested, a refund will be issued, less 10% of the payment of said purchase.
Any and all Digital Products that are purchased, including online courses, videos and books, are not sent out automatically upon purchase. Once the order is received for the Digital Product, it is reviewed by LifeForce USA, and the proper Digital Product is then sent out within 3 Business Days.
